Veera, a company located in Australia, manufactures and markets premium wines that are sold under the name Vero. The Company, founded in 1975, already holds prestigious titles like “World’s Finest Wines” and” Publisher’s Favorite.” The Company claims that they are the world’s largest manufacturer of sparkling wines. The Company produces some of the best sparkling wines in the world, including such varieties as La Grande Dame de Provence, which is a magnificent blend of French Beaujolais and Chardonnay; Bacallao, a unique red Vinfera from Brazil; and their Italian counterpart, Fino, which is also made from the famous Italian grapes of Modena and Boronda.
The quality of the wine produced by Veera is noted for its clarity and flavor. It is said that only one hundred and fifty different strains of the grape have been used to grow the grapes, which allows the wines to be truly unique. Because of this, many people believe that it is impossible to duplicate the taste of Veera wines – at least not in the sense of tasting similar wines. The majority of their collection is made from only the highest quality grapes. It is rare for someone to find any sort of “wild fruit” within their collection.
Some of the most popular and well known wines – both by the brand and independently-made – are Bairro, a traditional Barolo, a good red, and the popular Velia, which are white. Although they use a variety of grape varieties, most of the wines produced by Veera are based on the Italian Vino Dolce. The majority of their grape varieties are grown in the northern part of Italy. The majority of their wine is distributed throughout the world, with France being the primary market.
